Many free Kontakt instruments have a “full version only” disclaimer, but this isn’t exactly true: Kontakt Player will load third-party instruments just fine for 15 minutes, at which point you just have to reload the VST. If you find a free instrument you like, don’t wait to download it.
After downloading and decompressed VSCO2 community (VST) I placed both the mse and dll under the 'presetplugin database installed generator VST'. The scan in the plugin manager seems successful. Both files now become one 'VSCO2 Orchestra.vst' But when I add the instrument, the sentence pops up saying 'The plugin VSCO2 Orchestra is missing. All of the VSCO2 plugins are fantastic and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in need of some free ones. The Advent Chamber Orchestra is a conductorless orchestra, based in Bolingbrook, Illinois and usually performing in the Chicago metropolitan area. This non-profit orchestra is composed of five violins, two violas, two cellos, a bass, and an harpsichord. The group specializes in Baroque period classical music. The Advent Chamber Orchestra began. If all else fails, open Google, and type 'Using Multi-Timbral Plugins in Ableton', then click enter. I highly recommend using Chamber Orchestra 2 Community Edition, it's still free and vastly superior in all ways and is available in a variety of formats on the Versilian Studios website.
